I’ve managed to build up a beautiful set of 35mm carbon 650B MTB wheels, only to discover that I needed end caps to fit my 15mm through axle fork. The suppliers of the hub (who shall remain nameless) could however not supply me with the end caps for the reasons of no stock, incorrect ordering etc. The guys at Cycle Tech eventually gave up and really stepped up to the plate. Not only did they offer me a competitor’s hub at cost price but also rebuilt my wheel free of charge. For the guys at Cycle Tech this is a very belated thank you. You guys are superb!!
