More than likely yes. You need to check the diameter ofbthe steerer. More often than not it is 1 1/8th inch.

 

There is a possibility that it could be a tapered steerer. In which case the diameter is wider at the bottom than the top.

 

Just need to make sure if the steerer tube is straight, then the fork must be straight and visa versa.
