J∆kk∆ls Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Emergency vehicles were blocking a lane at the intersection on Beach and Fristz Sonnenberg Rd. My heart sank as I saw a mangled bike being taken away while medics where attending to the injured cyclist. From what I could see he was injured but alive. The driver of a small white car that had a visible dent in the side door was having a chat with the police. There was a second cyclist limping who I assume was also involved and a third unhurt but visibly worried about his mate. Not sure what happened? Get well fellow rider and to everybody braving the winds in Cape Town for the next week and beyond, take extra care.
