teaching highschool kids to bike

hi i wrote a topic before about getting biking started at the high school where i involved with. i finally got bikes for the kids that needed and im very keen to get started, but i realised that i dont have any experience except my own... so i thought that the best place is the hub to ask for advice. any tips will be appreciated.

The biggest problem I have found is finding a educator at the school to drive the sport. And parents to support the kids. Getting the school MTB programme started is difficult enough but keeping it going is a battle all on its own
