good news!

 

i just entered and micelle is in fact correct - you can not choose if you want to go lic or not. (perhaps a good thing - last time I used my lic was when I had to govern my simplex jockey to not go lower than the 16 sprocket!)

 

and yes - there was a ZZ last year as well!
