POC Trabec MIPS replacement - big up to Pure Motion and Patrick

So I just received my second free replacement POC Trabec MIPS replacement helmet via courier this morning.

 

A replacement for a faulty unit nonetheless. First one had issues, so i contacted them and they replaced it in July last year. Second one started to look a bit dodgy with the layers delaminating again.

 

I contacted them again and they asked for photos and agreed to replace it even after i offered to pay partially as it had a ding or two from an overhead tree branch.

 

So that is what can be done. 
 

I must admit I am a fan and will be for a long time.

 

These guys supported their products in the market. Not like some of the other strings here about service.

 

Worth doing business with them and paying the premium for this sort of service.
