I beg to differ! The Geely driver will go to court for killing the cyclist and it will go down something like this:

Judge: "Was the cyclist you killed the one who slip-streamed trucks?"

Geely driver: "Yes your Honour."

Judge: "And at the time of the incident were you driving a Geely?"

Geely driver: "Yes your Honour, I am still driving a Geely."

Judge: "Ok, time served, case dismissed!"
