MTB Lights

HI

 

I am trying to buy some lights for my Mtb and also for use on road bike but mainly Mtb.  I dont know how much light i need but something that lasts 2 hrs should be enough as it will be morning rides at 05:15 and evening rides ending at 20:00.

 

I need to be able to see enough to ride in Tokai on the single track as well as the jeep track.  I dont wanna take out a loan to buy the lights but also dont wanna waste my money on crap rubbish lights.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated by me and im sure some others as the  sets earlier and rises later.
