Bike frame identification

HI all.

Really struggling to id this bike frame:

 

What i have so far: Normandy rear Hub with the numbers 13  75

                              Shimano Eagle Rear Derailleur

                              Shimano Thunderbird front and simplex shifters

                              Weinman Vanquer centre pull brakes 750front

                              the number A493 on the seat tube

 

Any help would be appreciated, as this will be a first for me.
