RAVE: Silverback Service

A big shout out to Marthinus and the rest of the team from Silverback for what has been a fantastic service experience...

 

Took my very new bike into my LBS when it developed a very concerning creak, and was told that the BB was worn out despite it being only 2 weeks old.

 

Was riding Die Burger that weekend so without the benefit of time to go the warranty route I had to get them to replace it.

 

Queried it with Silverback on the monday, and without even hesitating or asking questions they delivered me a brand new BB yesterday...

 

Only reason it took 'so long' is I was away and not able to contact them. 

 

Awesome service that makes me even more happy to have gone with this brand.... :clap:  :clap:  :clap:
