I rode the Fulcrum Red Metal 5 - 26' - greatest wheels I ever had (and this includes I9, American Classic, Ritchey, Crank bros ect) when it comes to bang for your buck! I cant comment on after sales service since I never had any issues with them. The Red Power 29 is on the lower end of their spectrum but I would buy them with confidence. Fulcrum makes great wheels.
