It was one man for himself as the only rider from Team LEADout, Ivan Venter, soloed to victory at the 78km West Coast Express cycle race on Sunday morning, crossing the finish line in a time of 1:59: 13. Alpha BodyWorks’ Nicol Carstens and Team Giant’s David Garrett finished second and third in 2:00:07 and 2:02:23 respectively.
