Been training for Epic but entry did not materialize please see a brief insight of myself below.

* saw a nutrionalist in October 2015 (was 102kgs)

* Now 178cm weighing 72kgs 

* been with DCS Coaching (Erica Green) since 15th of January 2016

* Participated in the following events - Wine 2 Whales Race; Dr Evil;Coronation DC and most of the 1 day     events.

 

* Upcoming events - Attakwas full; Tankwa Trek

* also doing the Epic boot Camp with DCS
