masmith Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Hi, I am looking for a partner for 2017 Cape Epic as my partner has just broken his collar bone and has had to pull out. I am willing to discount the entry price for a serious rider. I have been training 10-14hrs per week and have a good level of mtb skill and fitness. I am male, 42 based in the UK. I am flying to cape Town 2nd March to train further before the race.

I've ridden many multi stage races and training similar number of hours a week as you. I'll be in Cape Town from 4th March. I'm doing a Road Race tour for 5 days from 6-10 March (Tour of Good Hope) which a lot of Epic riders use as final prep for Epic ,and then CTCT tour on Sunday 12th March.

My colleague Georges Lequime is riding Tour of Good Hope and I and doing the CTCT. If you are serious about doing the EPIC then perhaps we can skype? My rider with the broken collar bone will delist in the next few days and I can then enrole a new rider.
BAM Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 Hi, I already have an entry but looking to swop out. I have been on a training programme, attended the training camp, technically proficient and love riding my mtb. I have years of experience with other stage races in SAN, although this will be my first Epic. If you think in this short summary that we may be suited please contact me.
