Goose man Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Hi mate been riding since I was 14 yearsam 40 yrs in March 2017dont take riding too seriously, but is my outlet for sport amongst others live in Somerset West, ride Stellenbosch, Franschoek and S West Completed 3 Sanis1 x non stop Sani2 x half iron mans - 1.9km swim, 90km road ride, 21km half marathon 1 Xterra - Grabouw - coming this Saturday- 1.6km swim, 28km mtb, 12km Trail run 2017 AttakwasArgus cycle tour - 2hrs 54cycle avg 2 times a week - 50 km with 800 m acsent what else?great sense of humouryour details ?
