You're welcome! My suggestions are simply based on eyeballing your position from the pics and comparing it to my 30-odd years of fitting lots of friends and family.

 

Why shorten the stem if the frame is tiny? The opposite applies

I suggested that the saddle be moved back, so if the saddle-to-bar reach is right now (it looks ok), a shorter stem would keep the reach right and move the position more to the middle of the bike. The stem that's on there looks a little long anyway for that frame size (unless you are a Pantani). 

 

These are just rough guesses that I think will get the OP into a better position than now. Of course a pro bike fit would be better, but I think my suggestions will at least move the OP in the right direction. 

 

Would be better to spend the money on a proper bike fit before you start changing stems and adjusting this and that.  You will be spending a long time on your bike, so best to spend the money to be comfortable and to ensure that you are in the right set up to deliver the most power efficiently to the pedals.
