don't think it works like this...

 

last time i checked you had to ask for a refund from the organizers and then your entry goes to the first person on the official waiting list. if they catch you riding on someone else's entry, you can get a lifetime DQ me thinks

You are allowed to sell it yourself as well. You are just not allowed to make any profit by doing so...
