I have a GoPro sessions 5, and is struggling to get the settings right on both the camera and in GoPro Studio, for when posting to Facebook or Youtube. The default quality on FB seems to low and on higher settings, it start stops all the time.On the pc the quality is amazing but once posted, i am always disappointed. Any suggestions on the best settings for the Sessions 5 camera for the normal day to day bike riding videos, and when exporting it from GoPro Studio for uploading to FB or Youtube?
