If you are a roadie living in the Western Cape the chances are you have cycled past this little store in Hout Bay and if you have ever done the Cape Town Cycle Tour then you have definitely cycled past them. As you recover from your Chappies climb and start to prepare for your Suikerbossie PB, there on your left, along the Victoria Road strip you will find the Complete Cyclist team.
