HB Farm Black route (XC &/or DH line) is steep and technical down, but the Wannabees & Basin Club (Lourensford trails) aren't that technical. However, in Stellies (Eden, Gspot, Bottelary, Jonkers, Coetzenberg, Banghoek), you can get a bit of everything and that might change your mind to a more trail orientated frame, travel & rim/tyre size. We all want to go fast (on a XC racing machine), but tend to like the geometry, design and look of a trail bike more!! So, choose whatever will make you happy
