Butterbean Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 So, trying to buy a bike and seller asked to use tradersvault. I signed up, and when trying to load my account, I made a mistake with the reference and need to get it corrected. Only problem is, they seem to be really slack at answering emails and phone details on site and Google comes back as doesn't exist. Tried to contact Hannes Boshoff at his office but no returned call. Really getting frustrating at the lack of ability to communicate with these guys! Anyone got some alternative contacts to help me out? Dont have much time to resolve this before my shipping options expire!
