STUDY: How do thresholds during a VO2max test predict time trial performance?

If you are a male cyclist aged 35 to 45 and are based in Cape Town, please volunteer for our study looking at the relationship between ventilatory/lactate thresholds and performance.

 

All testing, including 3 VO2max tests, normally valued over R1500 each, and 3 FTP tests, are free of charge, and will take place at the Sport Science Institute of South Africa, Newlands, Cape Town.
