Bike fit advice JHB

Morning everyone, 

 

I am looking to get a comprehensive bike fit done on my Specialized epic. 

 

I've heard about set-it-up, cycle fit, as well as the BG fit offered at Concept Cyclery. 

 

Does anyone have any advice for who to go to? Best value for money? Best fit? 

 

Any help would greatly appreciated.

I've had a few independent "Fitments" over the past 25 years, most of which use a standard "recipe", with the more advanced using some technology to refine the exact measurements. Having a few non-standard ailments including a dodgy back, niggly knee and persistent left cheek saddle sore, requires a more personalised approach to try and get the optimal set up for me. 

 

I went to Cycle Fit and was very pleasantly surprised. The process took about two hours and great care was taken to ensure the set-up matched my unique requirements. Yes ...... they have all the latest tech stuff which is reassuring but more importantly the individualized approach is highly commendable..

 

I have no hesitation in recommending them, particularly for the more serious cyclist.
