New topic notifications

[Lurch the stalker]

I've turned off email notifications, but have them enabled in the Notifications when I log in.

 

Not a big thing, but I've noticed over the last few months that if a new article/competition/etc is posted I get the notification but when I click on it I get an error that I don't have permission to view the topic.

 

If there is a link to the same item on the home page, I can open it successfully.
