CNC Machining - recommend one in JHB

Hi,

 

I need a new stem machined out of aluminium for my tri bike. Current stem has too much rise in it and I need one which will allow me to drop the height of my handlebars.

 

Felt Bicycles do make one, but only available in US/Europe so thought I'd try and see if its possible for a local company to make me one.

 

Any recommendations of who I could contact for a quote?
