Epic 2018 - December training groups

With the upcoming holidays, requirement to put in some hours and likelyhood that you are without your Epic partner or mates, I thought it would be usefull for guys and gals putting in some distance (Epic and non-epic), to share what their holiday and riding plans are.

 

I’ll start by sharing that we are heading to Umhlanga 15th to 22nd. I’m doing 5hours on the 16th and then 2 hours in the week on non interval days. Anyone wanting to join, let me know?
