Are Woodstock-Paarden Eiland lanes safe to use?

Hi All,

 

Are the Woodstock-Paarden Eiland lanes safe to use again? I know patrols were supposed to be added but have they helped?

 

I'm asking here since I'm not reporting an incident and figured guys commuting would know the area best.

 

I used to use the lanes to link up long flat rides from the Southern Suburbs. I stopped after the spate of reported incidents last year.
