Kudos for Giant

I recently had the great joy of severely cracking my Anthem X frame to the extent that the top tube and seat post were no longer talking to one another. The Giant rep took one look at the damage and replaced the 2016 frame and swing-arm with a 2018 edition at no charge. Now that's what I call after sales service. The new frame is much stiffer than the old one which makes riding a whole lot more fun now. Thanks Giant - you have a customer for life
