Can anyone share a copy of the Ryder wireless 21 altimeter speedometer?

 

I lost mine and after replacing the batteries for the speedo on my bicycle it doesn't show the speed anymore. 

Any suggestions of what the cause can be or how or where I can have it repaired?

Does anyone now how Ryder's lifetime warranty works or where can I get info on it as their website doesn't state anything?
