That is so true.  I have two trainers and they keep each other company in the garage.  Neither of them have seen a bike in a looooooong time. LOLLOL

 

wanna sell one perhaps?

So some of you like it and some don't..... ok. Think it just needs commitment like Andrewbell said.

 

Not the most fun you can have, but hey rain in the cape is cold in winter and the damm taxis and cars..

A go for a run once in a while but that is hard work, gets better though.

 

Thanx for the help this far.  Rollers is about R1800 !! and you don't really train on them - was made for warmup before races or track cycling.

 

Trainer VS Roller ???? Rollers may be more fun but they don't add resistance.

Astana.       Ek het ook amper so ene gehad---nie gehou nie. daarna 'n Raleigh ene--ook nie gehou nie. Vir meer as jaar gebruik ek nou al 'n Giant ene. werk uitstekend. Die probleem met die ander was dat die gedeelte wat jy vasdraai by die hub van die fiets is nie van yaster maar 'n harde plastiek. Dit hou nie. Ek dink die Giant se prys is ook goedkoper as R 1600.

I'm sure if you put up a Wanted ad for an indoor trainer, someone will have one lying around gathering dust.
