Handlebar and stem change

Hi Hubbers,

 

I am currently running a Bontrager stem (60mm) and RaceFace handlebars (780mm, 10mm rise) as pictured.

 

Considering changing to a Funn Kratos bar (810mm with 15mm rise) and a Funn Strippa stem (45mm). This setup is aluminium as opposed to the one I am current running which is carbon. Weight is not something that bothers me. Should the carbon be a consideration at all?

 

My actual question is how will this influence my enjoyment of the trails? Is a setup like this inclined to be a little more forgiving on handling?
