Tacx Flow (Older Model)

My Tacx Flow brake is not working properly I have searched online,but dont seem to be able  to find answers. 

All the other functions appear to be working correctly. 

I can set the brake on the handlebar unit but it has no effect on the roller. It does not get harder to pedal.
