Edge 1030 pairing with IOS (fixed)

Hi Guys

 

Made the jump from Edge 1000 to the 1030.

I can't get my iPhone to pair with the 1030, on the odd occasion that I have managed to get it pair in looses pairing after being switched off.

 

I have tried the following:

 

restarting both devices

switching off wi-fi on both devices

pairing while Garmin is connected to power

forgetting the device in bluetooth settings

all devices have the latest updates 

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Sorted thanks. Guys from Garmin SA sorted over the phone. Took us 3 emails with screenshots of the Garmin drive files... the device didn’t like to be disconnected without being ejected from my Mac and created some hidden files, which in some or other way prohibits the Garmin from pairing successfully with my phone.
