Rider down - Fountains circle PTA

On December 26 at about 5:30pm my son was involved in a cycling incident that left him with grazes,concussion and memory loss. He was found wandering around Fountains circle, Pretoria and he cannot remember anything about the incident whatsoever. His Merida Reacto size 56, black with red accent and red bar tape is missing. Apple iPhone 6 is also missing.

Speculating about what happened is counter productive. I would however sincerely welcome any report from an eyewitness who may have seen something when passing by. Similarly, should anyone have any information regarding the whereabouts of the bike or phone it would be greatly appreciated. Most important would be to piece together a better picture of what happened. At this stage my son is recovering at home after being discharged from hospital after a check up. A special mention should be made about Wanda and Theuns, two good Samaritans, who went out of their way to stop, lend assistance, and drive my son home. This act of kindness saved my son from a far more traumatic experience. I thank Wanda and Theuns from the bottom of my heart for their selfless display of compassion and care for a complete stranger.
