chucky Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 So my brand new 6.9 trek had a crack in it,i emailed trek and the shop i bought it from ,no response .After the vets tour Alex Pavlov offered to take the bike and sort it out,well after only 4 days new bike and built by Alex free of charge and delivered to my house on friday night.So firstly thanks to trek for replacing my bike and secondly to Northcliff cycles and ALex for great service.thanks.
