Thankfully I recovered and managed to mindsnap his registration.I caught up with the guy a bit later while he was visiting this nursery. Take note how he is responding to this (confirms he is the right person).Sometimes mistakes happen and I may have let it go had he apologised, checked if I was okay, etc... But as soon as the metal sound of car hitting bike sounded - HE HIT HIS ACCELERATOR HARD. IE: A hitter and runner.
