Done Epic x 3 in 2012/16/17Joberg2c 2010/19Many w2w ,Sanis, Attakwas x 5, Tankwa, Ride2Nowhere, Comrades x 12, 2 Oceans x 8, and many Standard Marathions etc. Riden lots of Epic routes... Did CTCT this past weekend .. 3h04 60 years old of middle of pack at Epic, I have a good base fitness as training for Joberg2c in May 2020.
