Cheapest way to get an MTB from Cape Town to Pretoria?

What's the cheapest way to get a MTB from Cape Town to Pretoria, a bloke wants to buy a bike from me and we need an all in service, where I can just drop the bike and they will package it ready for the courier and/or also arrange for the courier or we can just get Xoc to collect.

 

I'm in the Southern suburbs, I'm sure I saw some company or guy advertising this service on thehub somewhere for around R500 incl the courier, I could be wrong though.
