Best GPS cycling and running watch

Anyone know whats the best gps unit for cycling and running?

Running = Forerunner 305 o 405 (features vs size)

For doing both running and cycling, it's

Forerunner 305 + QuickReleaseKit (bike mount & armstrap)

 

Note:

The Edge705 for cycling only (most features)
The Forerunner 405 for running only (smallest size)

I've been looking at the new 405 to replace my Polar 625X but I'm not convinced that its good value as the 705 is only sightly more.

 

Unfortunately Avnic's prices are out of line with US Garmin prices (surprise, surprise) !! Which might lead me to import directly myself.

Get the Garmin 305. Its the most versitile.

I use mine for cycling and surfski.
