The D4G Swartberg Extreme MTB day race will be the ultimate MTB event to prepare you or your team for the 2022 Absa Cape Epic. 171km and 4870m of climbing, this is not for the novice rider! Team categories available for the novice rider.

Meals:Meals can be booked at the Wilgewandel Restaurant for family and supporters

CSA License:This is a CSA sanctioned event and license/membership required or temp license for the day

Medical:Riders that have had cardiovascular & respiratory illnesses in the past, as well as riders over 60 need to have a doctor’s clearance certificate that is not older than 3 months at registration.

**All riders will need to complete the online Medical Questionnaire that will be send out 1 week prior to the event start**
