So......

Specialised diverge comp (2019) and specialised roubaix sl2 (with campy, what else)

Same same, but different. Actually very different.

Gravel riding has not really got me going, rather lock out the mountain bike bouncy bits and then go have fun. Also the body at 50+ has been hammered around a bit. So comfort is sort of essential. However, due to wanting to commit to audax riding (PbP, LEL, IndyPac etc). I would like an endurance comfort take kit along type of road bike.

The little headshock on the diverge is just a great way to make long rides comfy, very comfy. But even with 40mm slicks, it is still a gravel bike.

Would you sell everything and buy a Roubaix ride bike? I dont like companies that force you into propriety kit. The new Spez Roubaix bike has a funny seat tube that you can only get from them. Similar to the Giant bikes. So it would be second hand.

Or keep the stable and just drop some 303 firecrests on the diverge and just pedal faster?

Or so do something silly like buy a Salsa cutthroat and put on a redshift stem? Comfort for hours on a bike eating lots of tar.

What say the Hub wisdom?
