I’m unable to download the MyMTO app on my iPhone. It’s the app for purchasing permits for Jonkershoek trails. I had the app loaded on my phone and purchased an annual permit a few weeks ago. Yesterday I opened the app but instead of showing my permit it showed an error. That’s when I deleted the app to reload it again, this normally works for me with glitchy apps, but now it tells me the app is not available in my country/region. Fortunately I had the foresight to take a screenshot of my QR coded permit, however I’m wondering if this is something wrong on my side or is anyone else experiencing difficulties.

I already have the MTO App on my phone but I can't see my permits to renew for this year..

Shows "something went wrong" Tried to update App but also got "not available for country/region.

Tried to send email to MTO contact advising them on the issue...something went wrong !!!
