Pictures not uploading when listing bike

I have tried several times (and several file formats) to upoad images of my bike to accompany the advert and repeatedly getting an error message: "Failed to upload image"

Is there a file size limit per photo or can someone give me any guidance?

*edit: resolved, seemed to be a file size issue

I'm pretty sure there is a size limit although I can't remember how big. I normally compress prior to uploading.

this was the issue. by my guess, it looks like there is a 1MB size limit on each photo uploaded. 

 

resolved now, thanks!
