Ebay Deliveries via Royal Mail

Hope anyone can help!!

I've ordered couple of books for my son on ebay, and the seller send it via Royal Mail to SA. So now, I've got a message saying "arrive at collection point of pick-up ZA25126"  Are my package at that collection point and must I pick it up myself, or will it be collected via a courier company, or must i organize a courier myself? Never used Royal Mail before, and doesn't really say on the tracking app.
