Light but affordable 20 inch

Hi all!

My girls are currently on Islabikes, so I’m a little spoilt when it comes to bike weight 😆. However, my 7 year old is not ready to hand down her 20 inch yet, and my (very tall) 5 year old is out growing her 16 inch. 
So I’m looking for a 20 inch that is as light as an Islabike (which are like hens teeth here). I would like 3 to 7 gears. Ideally no front suspension as it just adds weight. Girls are not into any competitive riding right now.  

Any suggestions? Budget R3000, maybe stretch to R4000 as will be selling the Isla 16inch. 
Don’t see myself finding a secondhand Isla or Frog anytime soon. 
Looking into Sprocket and Marvel, but a bit out of my price range new. 
Titan or Specialized secondhand?

Is it so hard to find a bike for a 20kg kid that weighs under 10kg?! 🤣🥴
