XTC OKE Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 I just bought new XTR 975 disc brakes, but I have an manitou front fork and I need an adaptor for the caliper to fit... anyone know what adaptor I need??

vaulter1 Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 I'm assuming you are referring to the mounting of the actual brake and not the disc (XTR splined etc.)? If so then you probably purchased an IS mount brake and not the post mount brake that the Manitou needs. If possible I'd try to swap the brakes you got for a post mount as adding adapters just gets annoying. Hope that helps with your question. vaulter12008-09-15 13:22:02
