Schwinn MTB ?

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me if Schwinn is a good quality bicycle ?

I've noticed that it is a USA make.

Generally speaking most bikes (frames) are very similar. It's the components that make the biggest difference as to the quality. You should look at the quality of front shock on a MTB followed by the wheels and then groupset.
