laskeyman Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 I am busy training for Burger and Argus and am keen to join a training group that rides from the sunvalley & fishoek area ( Cape Town) I noramlly ride tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays, saturdays and sunday's if all goes according to plan. Batmanza Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Hi Dave Im in the area and there are a couple of us that are training for IM, normally cycle 5:30am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Friday afternoon and then a long ride Sat or Sun. If you go to the gym in Sun Valley Mall and chat to Gavin he can hook you up with meeting places and times. Ciao R
