After my Rant 'n Rave earlier this week about the issues regarding online payment at myrace/CSA, I had a PM from Justin at myrace this morning asking that I contact him to see if he can help sort out any issues.

 

He has just come back to me and confirmed that my payment reflects correctly on their side.

Strange cause I get pretty good responses from any SA company I contact.

 

You ever want to hear the sound of silence when requesting customer service, come to Ireland.......
