Bruintjieshoogte cycle fest

hello everyone

 

Just wanting to know if anyone has any feedback about the Bruintjieshoogte this year.

This year we had our first 3day stage mtb event and also a first for the eastern cape It was very successful with team Ready Fresh winning all 3days and also overall winners.

We also had our Mountain Bike races on the saturday which were well attended and then on the sunday we had our road races which went very and alot of people used it as training for the Herald happening this weekend in Port Elizabeth.

 

Any ideas or suggestions or even critisism in how we can improve please feel free

Heard it was a well organized event. A fellow hubber Azonic and his wife rode the 3 day MTB stage as well as the road race maybe they could give you some feedback.

Would have loved to do the 160km road race as preparation for the herald this weekend ,but work pay my bills at the end of the month I work shifts (-:

 

I will definitely look to give it a go next year or get another job that allows me to ride weekends.

 

That said I remember doing a marathon at the Biltong festival a couple of years back and almost died of the heat
